Genital Skin

I have come across local Filipino grocers who carry skin lightening creams and soaps. I am looking for find out if any of your products would be safe to use around the gental area (not particularly on the genitals, just the skin surrounding it). My doctors have told me it is due to the skin being stained and irritated over the years. I am a young female asian who like many, have dark skin down there.

I have almost come close to buying other products that can be used in those areas but contain a small percentage of Hydroquinone. I don't want to use any products that contain that ingredient.
