for effective, permanent , safe skin whitening product

I am an 18 year old south Indian(Keralite) girl. I am suffering from dark circles around my eyes and dark shades around my mouth, underarms and in some other sensitive areas of my body. I have used 'melacare' for more than 2 years.It is effective.Then I came to know about the harmful 'hydroquinone' ingredient and I stopped using it.But I returned black again.

Moreover so many allergic acnes produced in my face.I consulted a skin specialist.She prescribe 'glyaha koj lotion'(contains 'hydroquinone') and other allergy reducing cream.My dark shades reduced but my allergy didn't reduce and I felt itching.When I stopped using 'glyaha koj' my allergy reduced.But I again turned black.

My friends make fun of me-sometimes I look like crow but sometimes like stork.

I am very disappointed.I need an effective(if fast too),safe,permanent skin whitening cream.I prefer the products having low cost.I also want to know the ingredients of a best skin whitening cream, safe skin whitening tips.

please help me.please be frank and genuine.

Hi Veena, skin lightening is not permanent. It is not an exception to any skin care regimen that also needs maintenance to keep the results lasting- such as skin tanning, antiaging, even hair dyeing or conditioning, moisturizing, etc.

The only permanent skin whitening treatment is monobenzone which is only prescribed for vitiligo patients. If used on normal skin, it might work but there is a good chance of abnormal blotches, and the results are irreversible.
