Fair skin yet some parts of my body are dark

im fair,my thighs and bust are the same colour with my skin but my legs and hands are dark.I also have some scars/marks .i got it at d age of 16 wen my dad was beating me....and now im 18 and i want the marks out of my body .pls recommend the best bleaching cream for me to use.....waiting for ur urgent reply...thanks and God bless.
