Fair colour, dark neck

I am of fair colour...however i have brown coloured skin where the neck & top of the shoulder meet...I exfoliate & scrub my neck area but it wont go away. can you suggest the best product which will work the fastest? thank you.

Hi Eshanti, scrubbing if done more than 1x a week, won't help, and worse, can make skin darker than before. The skin on the neck is thin and sensitive, so try the Diana Stalder Black Soap as your regular soap wash for the concerned area.
