Facial dark spots

Hi, I have tried at least 5 different whitening/lightening creams. Nothing worked. I even had lazer (IPL's) done on my face as well. Nothing worked. I hate wearing so much makeup to cover up the spots. What do you suggest? Is there a money back program if not satisfied?
