face looks dirty with pigmentation and scars

Hi Maria, I think it's due to menopausing - my face developed melasma, age spot, freckles since two years ago. To add insult to injury I also develop some headless spots and they heal they leave behind marks and discoloration. As I am basically fair the discolorations and marks looks very obvious.
