dull skin, uneven tone, very dark eye circles

Hello MARIA! i hope you will be fine.
Mu name is Hira.My age is 21.The problem is only with my face skin.as my arms and the other body parts except my feet are white.You cant imagine that there is quite a differnce between the skin of my face and the area just below my neck.I feel very embarrasement because my remaining body parts are not dull.

My skin tone is dull at upper lips area and chin. My skin toone is very un even.

There are under eye dark circles which makes my eyes look dull.

Acne was also a bigest problem for me.But now thanks to ALLAH(GOD), now my skin is pimple free.my skin is so sensitive.i take whitening facial after 40 or 50 days but the effect of facial is not long lasting.i am very disturb...

please...suggest me products or soaps to resolve my skin problems.
