does your skin whitening product have any harmful substances?

I already bought your product but haven't started using it yet cause i saw an ad on the internet by the nyc health department that your product has mercury in it. I taught that your product is all natural - so i am a bit worried that you don't have any steroids or hydroquinone or mercury in your products - if not than what ages can start using your product?
