Does the Diana Stalder soap suppose to make skin tingle

Yes I have purchase the Diana Stalder skin whitening kit the Glutathione Soap Lotion and creme I have been using the product about four days now the soap drys my face out and i use the creme also does my face suppose to look like i am breaking out and then clear up or do i need to stop useing the product my face also feels like its on fire is this natural.
