Discolored Perimeter of Scar

by A.S
(Canada)

After using the whitening cream, the peeling is done and has lightened a lot, however, there is still a darker perimeter on the scar/discolaration, will continual use be able to get the perimeter as light as the rest of the scar? Will the use of lightening soaps be able to help lighten out the scar further?

Answer:

Hi AS, yes, eventually it should lighten the scar and its surrounding skin, but only if you also apply the whitening cream on the skin around the scar. Some skin areas may respond to the cream faster than the rest, so try to adjust the application to even out the tone. :)
