hi! i just bought a couple of the soaps and im very excited but just wanted to make sure if there are any specific directions? for example, do i leave it on for a specific period of time before rinsing off my face or body and if i could use a sponge?

Hi Eillin, an instruction sheet is always provided with an order as a guide for the skin whitening process. The directions for use and expectations are all there. :)
