I bought the cream and a soap about a week ago. However, I got break outs after two days of usage. I could see whitening lotions peeling my skins but not with the facial cream. All I get is dryness, no peeling and more importantly no lightening of hyperpigmentations from old acne scars. Is this what it supposed to be? I wonder if I should continue using the soap and cream.

Answer:

Hello, if you're still breaking out after one week, then discontinue using the product. It may not be suitable for your type of skin sensitivity.

If the break out stopped and now you're only experiencing dryness, which is normal, skin is preparing to peel soon. You can continue for a couple weeks more to see if things improve - slight shedding of dry skin, redness, stinging or burning sensation - which will tell you that it is slowly working for you.

Otherwise, you can return the unused portion as proof of return to us, then we'll refund your money back. :)

hi i would like to clear out first, what do you mean by foam it again? applying again the black soap? then after rinsing off, its time for me to shave using razor? thats what i understand..

Answer:

Hi Bebangyue, when you leave the skin whitening soap on skin, it may dry out before you rinse it. So what you do is wet it a bit again to lather back, and this lather foam can serve as your shaving foam. Shave hair gently. :)

hi there can u pls tell which skin whitening product i can use,while i became older my skin is very easy to became dark or when i go under the sun specially my face very easy to became dark which i dont like can u pls tell the right product ot whitening creams from u thanks

As an added (very important) tip, wear sunscreen daily when outdoors between 9am-5pm.

Is it ok that i do a tweezer in my underarm instead of waxing? i bought your product a surely white black soap + lightening cream for may underarm. i use it every morning and every night. is it ok if i use tweezer instead waxing, does it lessen the black underarm?. thanx.

Hi Bebangyue, you can shave hair. Here's how - before rinsing off the black soap on the underarms, foam it again and shave hair gently with a razor. That should take care of it faster. :)

I need help on my face

gud evening, i hope this product will help me. I find this product very interesting since my mom is a user of this product for her freckles, she`s using the black soap. Im from cebu city and I just wanna ask if what will I use in my face based on your products. I have severe pimple break outs which I don`t have before, I already tried different things on my face but seems nothings are working out. My face before was soo oily and now it is soo dry. Please help.:(

Hello, try using the same black soap your mom is using. Chances are, like mother, like daughter. :)

i sent in my comment about 5 weeks ago no response. i'll ask again, i'm taking the pills and using the soap, cream and lotion, my skin is getting lighter but i still haven't seen any improvement on my dark spots on my leg. do i need to use something stronger?

Hi Cyndi, I remember your question being responded to. It is better to submit your email address for an automatic notification once it is posted. But I don't remember which main skin whitening question you posted your comment to.

To answer your question, the dark spots on the leg will eventually lighten because you are seeing results on other parts of your body. Yes, you can try a stronger soap, Diana Stalder Glutathione Soap, if you're not using it yet. If you are, then just add a little patience and be consistent in using the products. You may also increase the application of the whitening lotion on the leg area to 2x a day.
