Dermaline skin toner

does dermaline comes with a toner. if not, what would you suggest? is whitening more effective if you use a toner first?

Hi Jess, if your skin is acne-prone, the Skin Whitening Toner by Diana Stalder would be more effective in whitening, at the same time minimizing large pores and control acne.

There is also a kit suggested - Dark Acne Scars Lightening Kit - that comes with a toner. :-)
