Hi Maria, I am a regular customer and have recommended your skin whitening products to my family and sisters.

I wanted to buy the Dermaline 500mg cream and wanted to know whether it is as effective as the diana stalder 10mg cream that I use.

Also I am concerned that you state if the product is lost in the post it will not be your responsibility. I live in Uk and am concerned if it does get lost, worse case scenario, although this has never happened in the past.

Also the whitening pills you sell are they safe and vegetarian??? I am currently taking msm and vit c powder separately at the moment. Will I need to stop this. Please get back to me asap.

As regards to our shipping policy, we base it per proof of tracking provided by US Postal Service. Because in the past, we encountered losses when some customers claim non-receipt for "delivered" items. While there is proof of delivery, on the other hand, there is no way we can find out if the package is 'not' received.
