dark upper lip from birth

I am 25 years old. Area above the lips is dark from birth. Think its heridity. Could you suggest something to cure it?

Hello, skin whitening products can only lighten dark spots which are epidermal, meaning, at the topmost layer of skin. If the discoloration is beyond skin deep - genetic or inborn - only laser therapy can improve or get rid of it.
