dark underarms

respected madam, i am 19 years old, and i have dark hair follicles, though i have never shaved underarms in my life. a girl at the parlor suggested me to bleech my underarms and then wax, but i showed no improvement. can you please suggest me how to improve my underarms and feel more confident.
