dark underarms, inner thighs and arms

iam a 23yr black girl my under arms are disgusting if i look at them it been like this since high school and now it getting worse because i gained a lot of weight but i have lost it again. my inner thighs are horrible it dark from my pvt part down to my knees i need help urgently because i cant even wear skirts or short. and my arms are also dark now i need something that will make my whole body the same colour as my face. Please help.
