Dark Underarms / Dark Inner thighs

My underarms and inner thighs are my only problems. But they are big problems to me. As a teen i feel embarrassed to wear a bikini in the summer which is very depressing. This sight caught my eye because i am filipino. i noticed this only happens to people of color?

well anyways I need to know in your opinion what combination of your products would work best for underarms and inner thighs?
