Dark under arms, dark fingers and knuckles, dark inner thighs with friction and rashes

Hi, am 39 plus female. I have very dark fingers. they look odd as my overall skin colour is noticeably lighter. Also, my inner thighs are dark. i will like to lighten them and also get my arm pit are lighter. Pls help.
