Dark spots or scarring on chest, arms, and back

I am a 31 year old African American and I have had terrible skin problems since I had my son back in 2002. I have tried everything to get rid of these ugly dark spots on my body. I dont wear tank tops or swimwear because I am so ashamed of how my skin looks. Is there anything out there that seriously works to clear these dark spots/scars up? Please help...Thanks.

Hi Ebony, trust me, there's more who have had the same problem as yours for even a longer time. You are not alone. And yours is not hopeless. :)

Just remember, skin lightening is just like any other skin care regimen - it can work for you - as long as the skin whitening products are right for your skin type.
