a picture of my feet, but the skin that you see around my toes..it is much much darker than what it appears in the pic.

I noticed a similar question that was asked by a viewer. However her feet dont look at bad as mine. So i want to know if what product should i use for my toes?

The main issue is that the skin is literally blackened..i dont know from what..every doctor ive seen has told me its naturally like that because i am from an Indian origin. But the truth of the matter is that my toes have become this way just in the past 5-6 years. Also, the area of the darkened skin is quite hard. I mean if i put cream on my feet, all areas become soft and moist except the dark area. I am soo embarassed with my feet that i dont wear flip flops or sandals in the summer! Anyways..so please tell me how to get rid of those dark spots on my feet. I'd really appreciate that. Thank you!

Answer:

Hi Deshmuk3, dark toes are mostly caused by friction from closed shoes - constant rubbing against rough surfaces. In the years that passed, this has aggravated your condition.

Try any of our whitening creams and apply 2x a day. A little help from a whitening soap (Diana Stalder Glutathione or Papaya Soap) can help hasten results.

Remember, these are thick-skinned areas that will require some patience from you. Be consistent.

Black spots on toes help me please!
by: Anonymous

Okay I'm glad im not the only one to have those black spots on my toes i've having them sense i was a little girl now i'm 16 and i'm embarrast to wear sandals i've trying lemon juice they kind went away bt i exposed myself to the sun by accident now they're back again. Some Please help ME PRONTO! I WOULD LOVE TO WEAR SANDALS IS SUMMER. HELP. THANK YOU.

Answer:

Hello, if lemon worked for you before, I suggest you continue with it but be aware that lemon can make skin more sun sensitive. Before you go outdoors, make sure that the lemon juice has been washed off from skin and wear sunscreen for better protection. That way, re-darkening of skin won;t happen again. :)

Finally working

I've been exfoliating those parts with a foot exfoliator you have to be gentle so that you dont exfoliate too much or cause bleeding.I have been using one I bought from the dollar tree that works wonders it takes the right amount of harsh skin off without too much work.I have been lightning them with skin whitening cream because I want to try lemon juice with a cotton ball next after I get more excess skin.I noticed after exfoliating that area besides under my feet as well they have become softer areas.I also apply creams and sometimes at night after scrubbing lightly I use vicks vapor rub at night and put socks over my feet and in the morning after my bath my feet are getting softer.I used to have darker areas in the knuckles of my toes and other areas of my feet but since doing those various things my feet are improving.

you need to flatten the raised area caused by friction and then apply a cream or a cover-up cream mainly dermablend.

dark spots on toes

I have dark spots on top of my toes. I have experienced this problem since a child.I'am now an adult.I'm embarassed of my feet and unable to wear sandals. Please help!SILICA

Answer:

Hi Silica, toes are thick-skinned so you have to be patient in applying skin whitening creams on them. Try Dermaline skin whitening cream and apply 2x a day. Try to wear loose-fitting shoes to avoid friction and further darkening of toes. Just be consistent even if takes months. At least, you're doing something about them now. :)
