Dark spots on ths face and under eyes

I have many dark spots on my face after affected by shingles and you recommended using Dermaline skin whitening cream; I tried to find this product in many pharmcies but I could not find it. So could you please guide me to one store in Canada.
Another question could I use this product for dark spots under eyes.

Hi Jamal, our skin whitening products are only available online from USA. You can always buy directly from our skin whitening store with a credit card.

However, you cannot use skin whitening soaps, lotions or creams on the eye area. There are dark circle creams for that purpose because this area is very thin and sensitive.
