Dark spots on legs

I had a question regarding bleaching cream? I wanted to know if it works on legs, actually behind my legs. My problem is that I have like dark spots, from acne I guess behind my legs close to my buttocks and its really uncomfortable. I do not know what to use or which product will work better? Would you help me out. Thank you very much. Also I am hispanic would it be safe to use on my skin tone?
