Dark skin needs solution

Dear Maria, I got into this page while searching for some whitening creams. I am from India, but right now living in Dubai (UAE).My skin tone is dark brown as dark as a chocolate but not dark chocolate. I have few below questions.

1. which result oriented products to u recomend to me ?
2. Can i buy them in Dubai ?
3. Currently i am using 'the Amira magic cream' from philipines. just started a week back. results are just started to show. but have been hearing about the whitening pills. Do they have any side effect ?
4. If i have to buy ur products online how much u will charge for courier or shipping?
