dark scars and keloid traetment

by gloria
(uk)

hi, my name gloria, i had chickenpox when i was about 8 yrs old and the wounds got infeceted leaving me with very dark and large scars plus keloid scars all over my body. at the moment i'm getting traetment for keloids with steroids but i was told that after the raised scars have been treated i'm gonna have saggy skin left and they cannot do anything about it. please help me, what can i use for both problems?

Answer:

Hi Gloria, before you start any skin whitening regimen, make sure your last keloid treatment/session is at least 4 weeks back, to allow skin to heal.

Thereafter, you can try Diana Stalder Papaya Soap Lightening Kit (under "Skin Whitening Kits") with skin whitening soap, lotion and cream.

You can use a moisturizer with the skin whiteners. So in your case, choose one that is a firming lotion to take care of the sagging scar skin, for example, one that contains CoQ10. Remember, firming up sagging skin takes time. So be patient.

Hope that helps. :)

Maria
