DARK RING AROUND MY NECK

I am a 31 year old Hispanic woman. I have a very dark area of skin on the back of my neck and also on the sides of my neck, although it is darker at the back of my neck. My skin also appears to be cracked because in between the cracks you can see my natural lighter colored skin. I bath at least once a day and I am a very thourough and clean person. I have tried scrubbing it with all types of products...to no avail.

Hi Jennifer, scrubbing actually doesn't help. It actually worsened the pigmentation on the neck. You see, friction causes skin darkening and should be avoided on dark skin spots.
