dark patches under and corner of my mouth

hi..I have dark patches under and side of my mouth for 3 years..this starts when i attended national service for 3 months..so i was exposed under sun light...after 3 months my face was dark..and then after few weeks, all my face become normal color except this area..If there is any skin lightening product and how i want to buy in Malaysia?
