Dark neck, underarms,elbows and knees...please help!

Since the age of 11, I have suffered from dark knees, dark underarms, dark neck and recently, dark acne scars and a dark pregnancy mask on my cheek bones from being pregnant 4 yrs ago. I cannot go out the house without concealer and makeup on as I am scared someone will see me.

My sisters have the same issues with the dark knees, elbows and underarms.

I would like to know which product is more potent than the other and what skin whitening products would I need to achieve an even skin tone as I am a medium reddish brown color but my trouble areas are nearly black. I would like to order ASAP.
