dark large spot on my left cheek

Hi I just wanted to know what the best soap to use for my face.I have this huge dark patch on my left cheek for about the longest time now.I've tried from the best meladerm but nothing.so I just want to know if your product is going to work for me . I'm a caramel skin color and my confidence has never been so low in my life.I feel life less I'd say.would the soap alone fade the dark spot? I want the fastest results as possible,my bday is coming up next month and I want to feel beautiful,plz help me I'm sooo depressed it not even funny.
