dark face and neck

my name is zubair i m 22 yerz old from pakistan. my face and neck color is more dark then my other parts of body i have used many skin whitening creams and home made remedies to get fair but still i have not acheived my desire goal .

Madam i just want 2 be fair becaz my other universty friends are so fair and they often laugh on my dark color and they call me from diffrent names like kaloo etc so that time i feel really bad, i have used many skin bleaching creams like a mixture of otehr brands i use it every night before sleeping but still it has not given me desire result

Still i m dissappointd Now plz madam help me and give me some suggations for fairness waiting for ur reply.
