Dark everything since forever!!!

hi there. uhm, i don't know how to start my question... i'm very embarrassed...so here it goes...

i have had dark EVERYTHING since i was like 9 years old. i'm 20 now, so imagine having to live with that for a decade. my knees and elbows are dark and it bothers me. but what bothers me the most are my nape and underarms...

i can't even tie my hair into a ponytail because of my nape! i can't wear shirts that are too high on the arm cause i'm scared that someone would see my underarm. i've lost confidence, and i think 10 years is enough for that.

will your product still work even if my skin has been dark for a long time? i've lost hope honestly.. please be honest with me. i trust that you would answer me sincerely.
