my left dark inner thigh

My issue is with my inner thighs and between my butt cheeks and general private area. Would any of these products be sensitive enough for "down there"? If so, can you please give me the run down of what I will need?! Please help! This is very embarrassing but I have decided to attach a pic to show you just how awful my issue is!
