Dark Butt

Since I have had my children my area surrounding my anus has turned black. I am a light complexion of brown, so it looks weird. Since then, I have experienced acne on my butt. I mean achne you see on teenagers these days, but on my butt. What can I do, or use to fix the achne and lighten my butt?
