Dark butt and hips

Hi! I'm a 18 year old African American female with a very fair brown skin tone.The problem with this is that im two-toned.The areas of my body that are much darker than the rest are my butt, hips, knees and elbows.It is very embarrassing to wear a bikini because of this.I was wondering what the absolute best bleaching cream to buy would be!
