Dark butt and front

I heard people bleach there butt and the front area is this true and How?

Yes Beatrice, some people are uncomfortable seeing a dark pigmentation on the butt and genital areas. It is actually a case of uneven skin tone too, where some parts of our skin are darker than the rest of the body, much the same with dark elbows, knees, underarms, etc.
