Dark brown patches all over body.

it all started like 3 years ago behind my knee, then grow in my inner thigh going around my butt chicks, then my lower belly, under my chest and armpits n I star seen some on my knee. I seen a dermatologa and all she gives me are samples of any type of cream with out seen results I'm really self conscious about this with my partner(husband) what else can I do to get rid of them Please Help me

Hi Maria, these are signs of irritation that affected other areas of your skin. If these patches are dry and healed (dark and no sign of soreness or irritation), and your dermatologist has been prescribing skin lightening creams for you, then it is safe to assume that you can try other brands.

Ok so I'm going to comment on my own page and the reason I'm doing its because I want to know more about the reasons we get this dark patches.
skin disorder called Acanthosis Nigricans -
(Brown clutches)cause by overweight hold of insulin resistance and we get them in areas that folds(were skin touches)under belly,under breast,behind knees,under bottoms,back of the neck and armpits.

But what happen when I'm getting them on areas that skin don't fold(skin touches with skin)inside lover part of the arm, my elbows and NOW is GROWInG on the front of MY KNEE!!!!! What's wrong with me. why is growing and frequently returning HELP.
