dark brown lines on outer corners of mouth and bigger upper lip pores?

i have dark lines? (really brown) at the corners of my mouth that i absolutely am ashamed of. it makes my full lips look as if i was frowning 24/7! aside from that the area on my upper lip is a bit rough? and even when i have no hair the pores seem to be bigger & even like faint black heads...this is my best description and i can't pin point WHY.
i eat okay and drink a lot of water! the rest of my skin everywhere on my body is nice and even and my pores are hardly visible..but around the upper lip is just so ugly! makeup barely does anything to cover it and i feel so gross all the time.
whether i have hair there or not it still has the shadow mustache look, i have olive skin if that helps with anything?
i feel so ugly and wonder why me! i don't see anyone with the same problem to relate to. i use gentle hair removal for the upper lip and that is all (nair facial* hair removal) sometimes sally hansen facial* hair removal. about every 2-3 weeks for 4 minutes and it doesn't irritate my skin at all ever.
sometimes i think the lines are maybe saliva that just tuned the skin into dark skin but that's just a guess? if so is this treatable? this is really taking a toll on my confidence because i already don't have the best teeth so ugly upper lip skin and weird brown lines on the corners of my mouth just make this whole thing painfully depressing. and i have no idea what is causing this or how to fix it!
i just turned 20 and i have regular menstruation. 5"3 113lbs...always get healthy physicals...so what is going on!

Hi Alle, I can feel your frustration and dilemma.
Dry mouth corners are usually due to dryness that cracks the skin and darkens when it heals. Lightening and moisturizing can help treat this condition.
The dark upper lip is mainly caused by your skin's reaction to the hair removal cream and sun exposure. The upper lip may become sun sensitive when shaved and when sun exposed, darkens. And for this, a skin whitening cream and sunscreen may be what you need.
So as a recommendation, choose any of our skin whitening creams and use as described below -
Dark corners of mouth - Before using the skin whitening cream, moisturize the skin for a week to allow cracked skin to heal and become ready for lightening. Choose a good facial moisturizer to hydrate the mouth corners 2x a day. Thereafter, while continuing to moisturize, apply a small amount of the whitening cream at night, wait 5 minutes then apply your facial moisturizer again. Do this regimen for a couple of weeks and as you see the improvement, reduce usage of the whitening cream to 2x a week, while still moisturizing daily.
Dark upper lip - apply whitening cream once nightly, and wear sunscreen at daytime. Like the dark corners of the mouth treatment, as you see some improvement, reduce usage of the whitening cream to 1-2x a week for maintenance, while wearing sunscreen daily to protect it from re-darkening.
Hope everything works well with your skin type.
