Dark armpits

omg ive just saw a photo in here and im really surprised. i ve really fair skin but my armpits are too dark. she or he was using black soap and lotion who added the underarm photo and it worked.

i tried everything but armpits are still darker :( please how can i get black soap and lotion ?
