Dark Areas on Upper Lip

by Becka
(Virginia)

Hi Maria, I'm caucasian and somewhat fair skinned (I don't have freckles) and have some dark shadows on my upper lip. I noticed this appeared this past summer, and I assume it was from the sun. It's not extremely dark, but I notice it and hate it.

I've tried Neutrogena tone-even products for about a month now and I haven't noticed any change.

My skin in not overly sensitive, and wanted to see what product you recommended for my problem. Soap or cream?

Thanks so much.

Answer:

Hi Becka, sorry for the late reply as we just came from a long weekend birthday treat for me by my staff. :)

Ok let's get back to your question -

The Diana Stalder Lightening Cream is a more convenient product to use because you just have to apply at bedtime once.

Another tip is to use sunscreen (at least SPF 30) especially when the upper lip starts to exfoliate/peel a bit because it will be more sun sensitive. :)

Maria
