Dark acne scar spots and intimate areas

I am Latina, I have medium to dark skin, which is naturally oilly. I tan very easily, but I do use sun block everyday on my face. Im 29 years old and I still get pimples and dark spots after they leave. What product would you recommend for me?

AS indicated by the title of my question, i have another area of interest. I would also like to lighten up some of my intimate areas (area around the anus, inner thighs and out vaginal area). I noticed after some time of taking birth control these areas darkened a bit. I am no longer taking birth control and would like to lighten up these sensitive areas. Which method or product would you recommend.

Please let me know if you need any other information, if i am being to vague but i am a little uneasy about asking these questions.
