Hi Maria, I am a 27 years old Indian girl with a brown complexion, now living in Kuwait. My underarms and chest are a much lighter shade than the rest of my body. I have a normal skin, though the skin on my face is a little sensitive.

I would like to have the same lighter tone to the whole body in a two months time, if possible; if it gets even more lighter the better. But I hear that you would get only as light as those parts that do not come under direct sunlight. Is it true? Also how would we know that we have reached the lightest shade our skin will allow? Also how long do we have to wait to know if the pill/cream has started working?

I hear that the best results come with the L-glutathione pills and using a cream. Also that L-glutathione pill works best when taken with Vitamin C twice or equal that of the pill. So would you please suggest which pills and cream I may use considering all factors mentioned above, including the Vitamin C factor (I prefer some product that already contains L-glutathione and Vitamin C, so that I wouldn't have to buy Vitamin C separately)? Also for how many months should I take the medicine or in other words, which bottle should I buy? Can you please advise if there is a local retailer available for this, here in Kuwait? Also, if the pill is the best, safest way to achieve skin whitening or if there is any other way. Further, what soap I should use for maintenance purpose and also would I have to do the maintenance for the rest of my life?

Also, just so you know, I am using a natural remedy made out of gram flour, lemon juice and milk. Also sometimes use the combination of almonds with milk and honey. Once I get the pills and cream, I think it would be best to discontinue them. Please let me know your opinion.

I also have another doubt to ask you:

there are lines under both my eyes with the skin dry there. Earlier it was dark colour under my eyes(without the lines) but now there is just the lines with the dry skin. Can you please tell me what I can do to eliminate this?

Wow J, you're on a roll of questions here. :) Ok I hope not to miss any of them.

The lightest shade your skin can get is closest to the skin tone you had when you were younger, OR to the lightest shade that your skin will allow. You will know this after you try a skin whitening product that works well on your type of skin, and while using the skin whiteners, it stops at a point where it doesn't get any lighter anymore. The time it gets to see an improvement depends on your skin sensitivity and current skin tone. It may be a week, or may need more time. The darker it is, the longer it may take you to stay in the skin whitening regimen.

The L-glutathione pills are taken with separate Vitamin C pills. The Claire Blanche glutathione pills only contain 50mg of Vit. C in it because if it had 1000mg Vit. C, it would be a very large pill.
