Clean shaven?

by Josh
(Florida)

I am a 17 year old male and I'm not always clean shaven at night when I plan to use the Diana Stalder whitening cream for my chin/jawline hyper-pigmentation most. Will this have a negative effect on the process? I shave daily so it's not an issue about a full beard or anything, but there is a little stubble. Thanks!

Answer:

Hi Josh, your problem may not be skin discoloration, but ingrown hair that causes skin to seemingly look darker.

Skin whitening creams, soaps or lotions cannot remove ingrown hair. These may exfoliate them a bit, but is not a solution for that problem.

However, if it's actually hyperpigmentation, the skin whitening creams can help. Can take time so be consistent. When skin peels, reduce usage to 3x a week only, but wear sunscreen at daytime outdoors, and moisturize every bedtime.

Meanwhile, try to Google some ingrown hair treatments to further reduce the appearance of discoloration. :)
