Can I use the skin whitening products on my nipples?

Dear Maria, after having a child several years ago, my areolas became spread out, mottled looking and quite dark and unattractive. I'm a fair skinned Caucasian. I've used nipple creams that claim to lighten this (fruit acid based, I would never use hydroquinone) but they produce no result.

I'm new to skin whitening and I'd like to know what specific skin whitening products of yours to use and how often? Also can I use the same product on my face for old acne scars? Thanks!
