Can i use one skin whitening product for all?

I'm 17 and not quite yet working so I was wonderig if there was one product to evenly lighten my butt back thighs and remove acne scars, and possibly make me one shade lighter?
Could i use SURELY WHITE Body Whitening Lotion
by Diana Stalder on my face, as well as my elbows and knees?
