can i achieve this color?

so i said earlier that i bought the diana lighting kit. so this is the color of my skin:

i was wondering if, by using the lighting kit i bought from you, if i could achieve this color???:

as you can see, the girl in the second picture is very very fair. my skin used to be like that when i was little though.
