Can a skin whitening product be applied to the upper/lower area?

I was wondering if a skin whitening product can be used safely on the upper and lower lip areas. I have light brown spots probably from the sun or hair removal creams, not sure.

Hi Heidi, yes it's ok to use skin whiteners on the lip area. Apply only 2-3x a week, and wear sunscreen daily.
