brown spots

Hello, I am a 53 year old Asian woman and I am seeing tiny black spots on my face, since the last three months. They are very tiny.
I also have multiple sclerosis and have not exposed myself to the sun a lot. My periods stopped two years back. What could be the reason for these brown spots and could I remove them at home?
Also, my husband has brown pathches on his face. He was exposed to a lot of sun, many years back. please let us know , how we can remove these patches now.We cannot afford expensive skin whitening products, so please give us some home remedies.
Thank you.

Hi Meenu, as we age especially when one reaches 40 and above, melasma or age spots on the face kick in. No matter how much you avoid the sun, we get less resistant to sun damage, and eventually these discolorations appear one way or the other.
A milder lightening soap would be better for mature skin, so it won't induce too much dryness. However, it is always recommended to continuously use your favorite antiaging creams as well during the skin lightening process.
For you and your husband, try Diana Stalder Black Soap and Lightening Cream. Read the instruction sheet well, especially moisturizing while doing the regimen. :)
