brown spot, hyperpigmentation, and melasma

not sure which one of these lovely thing my face has but i have tried it all to fade the darkening! i think all started after i had laser done on my face. after having the procedures, i think it made things worse!! anyway, i have tried all kinds of different acids so i'm not to convinced your products will work either. i am currently using skin ceutical product and have previously tried all sorts of home remedy's. i have used product with "sepa white" which also claims to be my miracle cure. all have failed. which product if any, do you think will work for me?

I also currently have damaged my skin on my lower back from frostbite after icing my chronic lower back problem. so now i have a HUGE patch on my lower back to try and fade.

please, can you fix me!!!!
