Brown and red spots

Hi I am a 42 year old white male who has been suffering with the brown spots on my lower legs for 10 years now. There are patches around my ankles and shins and some on my calves.
I have been to at least 5 dermatologists and they tell me it is caused by the capillaries leaking blood which causes a peppering of tiny red spots under the skin. Then the body reabsorbs the blood and leaves behind the iron which they say causes the brown spots.
It looks terrible and I never wear shorts outdoors anymore because I am so self conscious. Then on top of that I had a small basal cell carcinoma removed 9 months ago from the back of my right calf, fortunately it was only on the surface. But now i have an ugly round purple scar the size of a nickel! I've been using Mederma on the scar all this time and its still purplish.
Are there any skin whitening products I can use to fade these brown spots and the purple scar?

Answer:
Hi John, I can imagine how difficult you've concealed a personal secret all these years.
There's good and bad news.
The bad news is, your dermatologists told you the cause was something beyond skin deep. When something is beyond the epidermis, it is more difficult to lighten cosmetically.
However, the good news is, it might still work. :)
Though it is not guaranteed, it is still possible that you can lighten the discoloration which has been troubling you all this time. Try Diana Stalder Glutathione Soap and Lightening Lotion for 4-6 weeks and see if you get an improvement.
Good luck and take care, Maria
