brighter skin

hi im a male 19 yer old, in the chart iam like 16/17 how much brighter can i get but i am not soo sure about the pills and lotion because dont those pills have ANY SIDE EFFECTS of long term problems . i would prefer the soap better so which one i use to get the brighter tone.

Answer:

Hello, for a more detailed information on the check out this glutathione side effects page.

The topical skin whiteners - soaps, lotion or cream - work differently (externally, with skin peeling, faster results in weeks) compared to the skin whitening pills (internally, no peeling, slower results in months). You can do either, or both.

Taking the skin whitening pills, for a skin tone of 16-17 on the skin tone chart, can take time, like 8-12 months before you can see the improvement or results. It would entail consistency if you only have the time and budget for it.

I would suggest that you try the Glutathione Soap as your daily shower bath soap and regular use can brighten and improve your skin tone. It is cheaper and more practical for a young guy like you. :)
